Honhaar Scholarship Phase IV open: apply by 9 November 2026

The Punjab government has opened the next phase (Phase IV) of the CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship. Students with a Punjab domicile can apply online on the PHEC Honhaar portal (honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk) until 9 November 2026.

This round covers new students who started their first semester or first year in Fall 2026, including first-year MBBS and BDS students, and continuing students from the second semester or year onward at public universities, public medical and dental colleges and HED colleges. Continuing students at federal or private institutions are not eligible.

New students need at least 70% (sciences) or 65% (arts) in intermediate at public universities, 80% for MBBS/BDS, and 65%/60% at HED colleges. The monthly family income must be under Rs 350,000 (Rs 500,000 for new students at partner federal or private institutions), and an income affidavit on e-stamp paper is required.
