About us

ScholarshipPortal.pk helps Pakistani students find scholarships they can actually apply for, and checks every listing against its official source.

Scholarship information in Pakistan is scattered across university notice boards, newspaper adverts, government websites and thousands of WhatsApp forwards. Much of it is out of date, and some of it is fake. Every year students lose money to people who promise a scholarship, an admission or a visa in exchange for a fee. We built this site so that a student in any district can find real opportunities in one place and know that each one has been checked.

What we do

  • List scholarships open to Pakistani students, in Pakistan and abroad, from matric to PhD, with the deadline, who can apply, what it pays, any fees and any service bond.
  • Check every listing against its official source before it goes live, and re-check it regularly. Each listing shows when it was checked and how. See how we verify.
  • Keep a deadline calendar in Pakistan time, so you don’t miss a closing date.
  • Warn you about scams. Our scam check compares a link, number or message with the official sources we hold, and our scam alerts explain the tricks people use.
  • Explain the process in plain language: applications, statements of purpose, tests, document attestation, interviews and visas.

What we are not

  • We are not affiliated with HEC, any government body, university or scholarship provider. Only the provider decides who gets a scholarship.
  • We are not an agent or consultant. We never apply on your behalf and we never ask for your documents.
  • We never charge to see a scholarship or its official link.

How the site is funded

Scholarship pages carry no ads. Guides may carry clearly labelled ads. We do not accept money from education agents, consultants or visa services, and paying us never changes whether or how a scholarship is listed. Read our editorial policy and advertising policy.
